Ayurveda Medicine worked for me - Raj, Mitcham, Surrey, UK

I have been suffering from psoriasis since 1994 (13 years) and I tried everything that was available, traditional, Chinese, Siddha Unani, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, lotions, creams, soaps, shampoos, turmeric, Dovenex, Dovobet, you name it I’ve tried it all. Over 80% of my body including the face was covered with the patches and I was very depressed due to this and did not know what to do.

In July 2006 a friend of mine told that there is a Doctor who is specialised in Ayurveda medicine in Sri Lanka and suggested to give it a try, Since I had tried Ayurveda before I was skeptical but after a chat with my wife I decided to give it a go. When I contacted the doctor through my friend I was asked about previous medication, eating habits etc and I gave him all the info and he told me that one month supply of his tailor made medicine will cost me £100 and treatment period would be between 12 months to 18 months.

I received the medicine in August 2006, and there was a powder that I had to mix in water and drink after each main meal along with another small soft black paste that I had to make in to small balls - there is nothing to apply on the skin. As per the doctor he treats it internally rather than externally, or else psoriasis will not cure properly and according to him there is a strong chance of reappearing. By end of August 06 the itchiness almost stopped and by November scaling stopped on the top part of my body (above the waist) and month by month I saw my skin getting better and better. By June 07 I was completely cleared, but as a precaution I continued the medication for a further 3 months till October 2007. It is now over 6 months since I stopped the medication and I am very very pleased with the success of this treatment.
